Ready player one - 5/10 this movie was kind of conceptually like if you crossed tron with willy wonka's chocolate factory, added with a little flare of who framed roger rabbit in terms of all the cameos and references. Last flag flying - a vietnam war survivor whose son has been killed in the irag war fights to bring his body back home a wonderful buddy trip movie with career-high performances from steve carell, bryan cranston and laurence fishburne. You want to make the movie itself a complete experience for the audience, a satisfying experience in terms of the story, of feeling like there is a conclusion but at the same time, there are some questions about the characters and their arcs and things like that where we haven’t explained. What was the last movie you saw at the end of the movie you and most of the characters find out the heist was just a cover for a much more interesting and engaging heist which they, the characters, took no part in and you the viewer, did not get to see warriormouse. Post your observations of the last movie you saw in this thread standard rating 1-10 mark any spoilers in the post for those who haven't seen the movie.
The last movie you saw and what you would rate it out of 10 i last watched this kung fu vampire movie titled exorcist master it features mr vampire actor lam ching-ying once again if you think about it kung fu vampire films really are the pinnacle of genre cinema. What was the last movie you saw please continue from the previous thread: quote: originally posted by 4brathan&brucas mamma mia (2008) is just awful i don't understand how it's so highly regarded abba songs being made a mockery of and experienced actors acting stupid you're the first boy i ever kissed, jake i want you to be the last. The first movie i saw in the theaters was also 101 dalmatians, it was the 61 version, but i saw it in 80something must have been a rerelease or something along those lines must have been a rerelease or something along those lines. Saw two movies in theatres this week -- a real rarity skyscraper thumbs up this thumbs up does not mean it is a good movie, but i think everyone knows going in it'll not be a good movie.
Last film i saw just happens to be one of my all time favorites: dark night of the scarecrow i typically won't watch it this time of year, maybe i was just trying to 'force' autumn into showing up & rescuing me from this terrible heat and mugginess, sigh. Rate the last movie you saw a few simple rules apply: 1use a 1-10 scale (halfs are okay) 2identify what format (theater, dvd, vhs, etc) 3a brief review of why you gave it that score. Finally saw the new it, now that it's on netflix boring/10 handles the basic story okay and all the actors are fine, but everything is handled with almost no atmosphere or dread. Dang kevin, you are a true movie goer hell, the last thing i saw in the theater was either dunkirk or kong you did not make me want to return to the theater couchcoach, aug 20, 2018 #4447 kevinicus well-known member 12,958 messages 5,570 likes received. Answer / royaldominic the last movie i saw was gladiator, that was a pretty good movie, wasn't it russel crown had played a general role in the film, all the scenes were good, interesting action.
We saw isle of dogs this afternoon it's quite good wes anderson is pretty much hit or miss, but i like his recent output (the grand budapest hotel and moonrise kingdon) more than his earlier efforts such as this life aquatic or the royal tenembaums. The scenes of the war front, the injured soldiers, and the citizens back home, attempting to survive while being attacked with bombs, felt realistic, even as the filmmakers tactfully avoided the gore you might see in other such genre films. Transformers: dark of the moon i wish i had stayed home this is without a doubt the most boring movie i've seen in a long, long time just awful 05/5 sk. Last movies i saw over a month ago was after earth, the conjuring and monsters university after earth is the worst movie ive seen so far this year the plot isn't so bad, but the story, acting. The good, the bad, and the ugly huge fan of westerns, especially clint eastwood's spaghetti western's and that is one of the best i also watched gran torino earlier this week, another fantastic eastwood movie.
Yes, i saw this film a few days ago a very surprisingly good film with lessons of how (not) to treat people who look different and focusing on the positives in life i love that the boy is into star wars his helmet was cute, and the fact that he used it as a way to cover himself was sad owen and julia made a believable screen couple. Shane black, round 2 for the week the last boy scout (1991)- ugh, so this wasn't very pleasant some ok stuff with willis's detective character and a dry, private eye-type story (with willis's character just being a terrible person) but the film and the story doesn't really ever engage, the buddy. I so can't remember the name that's hilarious, because i hated it it was that dream movie with leo dicaprio i would rather spoon out my eyes than watch that movie again. Rented a quiet place from redbox last night but the one weeknight in the past year i rented a movie my toddler son decided he didn't want to go to sleep so we had to cut it off like 30 minutes in i plan to finish it tonight but so far i like what i've seen. Hotel rwanda 8/10 incredible story and heart touching, but i don't think the movie did enough to show the totality and horror that was going on don't want to say it should've been gorier, but a couple of bodies in the fog and a mile away shot of two people being hacked was way too light.
Re: rate the last movie you saw just caught, don't worry, he won't get far on foot the story of john callahan who became a paraplegic because of an accident and his struggling with alcoholism. That was the last movie the ex and i ever went to see, before we separated and divorced i didn't like his hardass character in stargate, but it worked well with spader's space cadet character, back when spader was still young and pretty -- he was already a great actor, but all i really noticed was the young and pretty. The last movie i saw in theatres was murder by numbers it was pretty good but i'm sure i would have enjoyed it more if i hadn't had such a huge headache right now i'm watching air force one on tv.
Agree with all 3 of you guys on an it just goes to show, a good story can be ruined if it is too long it's best if you can find a way to split it into 2 good movies. So, we can discuss about movies, which you saw last and you can add some recomendation or reasons why we shouldn´t watch the movie i saw madagascar 1 even if i like these kinds of movies, i don´t like this movie. Just saw you, me and him with david tennant and faye marsay it was a riot - and also touching and sweet i'm also about halfway through game of thrones (yeah, i know, the last person in the world.
